Sex For Grades Scandal


It's was heartbreaking, ridiculous and hilarious at the same time, as the video went viral on social media platforms.
 This was a result of an investigations carried out by BBC undercover reporters. “This exposed lecturers of the university of Lagos and the university of Ghana who were involved in what is now termed as " sex for grades" meaning, lecturers demand sex from the female students in order to pass the specific course the lecturer takes the students. This escapees usually takes place in what the lecturers called “the cold room" .


Nothing hides under the sun; so this information was made known through the aid of a video planted on females journalist to investigate the issues.
And the so called lecturers fell woefully for it. Their names made headlines around the globe, they brought shame and scandal to the families Nigeria, Ghana and Africa at large. It was about time. Evil must be exposed.

It has been a painful fact that some lecturers purposely fail the students in order for them to come begging and ask for help. Then these lecturers would immediately ask the students for sex and if the student refuses, the lecturer threatens her with failure.
Nobody ever had concrete evidence to prosecute this lecturers but this time around they were caught red handed.

  Lecturers demanding sex from student is wrong, it is against the law and Universities should enact a tougher rule against these kind of things. “Failing students to ask for sex” .

Some student work really hard all through the semester to get good grades while a lecturer is busy planning to sleep with the girl by failing her. Forcing the student to have sex with him to satisfy his sexual needs; this is dignified race and it must stopped.

 Students who experienced this are traumatized physically and emotionally. These lecturers should be dealt with. Some student suffer in silence on issues like this because of fear of stigmatization. It is time to speak out.

Say No To Sex For Grade!!! It is evil before God and man. Come out students and speak out. The time is now.
 Come out now, students, Universities' Authorities, Nigeria Government, Human Right Organizations/Activists Stand up now and stop this evil. Enough is enough.
