This is Nigeria, our Security is inconclusive at the moment. We are still contending with BokoHaram, die hard kidnappers, ruthless armed robbers, smugglers , drug kings and queens, high
sea robbers and all.
Our Security Agencies are recruiting new officers - they all need more man power to fight crime and insecurity before it overwhelms us all.
But the question is who is ready for the job?
Most of the recruits are just joining the Forces because of lack of work so that they would not be called lazy youths.
Who wants to face BokoHaram ?..
Or who wants to follow up a murder case to a reasonable conclusion? Who will content with the smugglers and the deadly drugs dealers? Who wants to die for Naija? What about all the victims of bad roads, insurgents, kidnappers n robbers? Who and what did they die for?
The Nigeria Police Force boasts of DCP Abba Kyari, who are the other Agencies boasting of? Show me the Abba Kyari in Nigerian Navy, the Army, the Customs and the rest.
Schools are now teaching children to emulate their leaders, where are the young officers in the Armed Forces ?
Now since Abba Kyari has become the National Symbol of a Gallant Officer , let other officers emulate him. We need more of him in every Security Agency.
