As a result of the clash which erupted between
the Igbos and Hausa’s in the East tension continues to mount in some Northern
states Kano inclusive.
Non Indigenes Residing in the state
woke up this Friday apprehensive as a result of rumours of reprisal attacks in
the state. Commercial Activities at the Popular Sabon Gari Market is paralyzed
as many Igbos’ shops remain closed.
However, security personnel heavily
armed could be seen on patrol while others are deployed to strategical
locations in the state.
